Communications Access Information Center The Communication Access Information Center  provides information for  people employing or in need of Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART), also known as realtime captioning. The site is sponsored by the National Court Reporters Foundation and supported by the National Court Reporters Association's CART Task Force.  http://www.cartinfo.org/

Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Hearing Enhancement.  National project funded by National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) and the US Dept of Education with a mission of finding technological solutions for people with hearing loss. We conduct research, hold seminars and training sessions, disseminate the results of our research, and provide information to users on amplification and assistive technology. http://www.hearingresearch.org/
