* need help * tell you about the services available to you through each agency
* have questions or need information * tell you about your employment rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
* have been turned down by any of the agencies * explain your rights and responsibilities
* think things are taking too long * help you with appeals
* have trouble communicating with  your counselor * help you work out problems with your counselor or the agency
*are not getting the services you need * listen to your concerns and recommend changes in agency policies to improve services for everyone
